Brainstorming is a skill. Like any skill, you get better at it through practice. We manage several brainstorming groups where you can come along and experience brainstorming.

When most people think about brainstorming they think of getting a group of people together and saying "hey let's come up with ideas". This is not brainstorming, this is a discussion. While it is possible to generate ideas this way it really is leaving it to luck. Come along and see what true brainstorming is like and just how powerful it is.
